A teacher, Ajayi Akintunde, age 28, is currently in police net over an act of sexual abuse of a female student when he forced his penis into the student's mouth.
This unfortunate incident took place in a High School located at Iwaya area of Lagos.
While narrating her ordeal to the parents when she got home, the student said she was intimidated by Ajayi into a corner where he forced his penis into her mouth.

The matter got to the police when the parents got information of the act from their daughter who is also the victim. Ajayi has since been transferred to the Gender Section of the Police Command for further investigation.
During investigation at the police station, Ajayi denied forcing the victim but admitted having oral sex with her. However the victim reiterated her earlier claim that she was forced into the act against her will.
Ajayi was immediately charged before Ogba magistrate court where the prosecutor Supol Peter Nwaogwugwu prayed the court to refer the case to Department of Public Prosecution (DPP) since this was a case of penetration so as to establish the culpability of the perpetrator. Therefore the presiding magistrate Mrs. Y.O. Aje-Afunwa ordered that Ajayi be remanded in prison custody, and also directed that the file copy of the case be transferred to DPP for advice.
Ajayi may be transferred to the High Court if the DPP finds advice for his trial.
The case has however been adjourned till May 3, 2019.
