Abraham Joseph, age 35, was arrested in Lagos for for forcing two under aged sisters, aged 9 and 12 years to suck his penis.
The suspect was siad to have lured the two unsuspecting sisters into his room where he alledgedly committed the act.
The ugly incident happened at Alhaji Alimi Street, Bariga, Lagos.
The two sister could not hide the unfortunate act by Joseph hence they reported it to their father who immediately reported the case to the police gender unit.
At the police station he was found culpable and the matter referred to the State DPP for further advice. However he was the alleged offender was not granted bail hence remained in prison custody.
The Court also directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to the DPP for advice and adjourned the matter till 13th June, 2019. The matter may be transferred to the High Court if the DPP finds him culpable and recommends that the defendant, Joseph, should face trial for defilement.
