At approximately 4:05 A.M. (Damascus Time), the Syrian army initiated a new missile attack towards the occupied Golan Heights.
According to a military source, the Syrian artillery reportedly struck Israeli bases in the Golan Heights.
The fate of these missiles is still unknown.
While the Syrian military is doing the bulk of the work, the Iranian forces in Syria are believed to be participating in these retaliatory strikes against Israel.
Previously, the Israeli army have launched another large wave of missiles towards the southern countryside of Damascus, causing massive explosions that could be heard throughout the capital.
The Israeli missiles repeatedly struck the town of Al-Kisweh, which reportedly has a small presence of Iranian soldiers deployed there.
No casualties have been reported.
